How long will my order take to arrive?

It can take you up to 30 days for delivery from the date of placing an order depending on the nature of your purchase. We will notify you when your order is shipped.

 

Are there any delivery charges?

Yes. We charge a delivery fee based upon the size, weight and where the product has to be shipped.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS communication with the tracking details from our courier partner/us.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within India at the moment. Do drop us a message here if you would like to have your order delivered outside India.

I have received a damaged product, what do I do?

We want to apologize and urge you not to worry.  Please drop us an email at contact@svunsounds.com with pictures of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving the product and will provide you with a solution at the earliest.

Is there a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
